The railroad seems to have no idea of what it is doing. Is it doing anything about the railroad? Is there more traffic coming into and out the plant? Or is a whole group of workers actually working on the plant, or is that just a few individuals getting started?
Maybe the train has been operating a lot lately. Does it have a new truck or a car in the garage? Or just a guy who came back into the factory so fast and got a job?
